Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is not tampered with (e.g., parts of the fin, charger, or watch are not opened or unscrewed).
Please note that the buyer must cover the cost of return shipping. No restocking fees will be applied. However, we reserve the right to decline refunds for items that are damaged, unsellable, or lost during transit. In such cases, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. For defective items, if the original packaging is damaged or missing, the buyer must ensure the product is securely packed for return shipment to us.
If you decide to cancel and return your order, please be aware that shipping fees, including postage or courier costs, are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
